The SFVU Business Group Monthly Fishing Tackle Give-Away

These are the official rules, effective January 1st, 2010, for the fishing tackle give-away’s conducted each month by The SFVU Business Group. (hereby referred to as SFVU). SFVU will give away THREE (3) prize packs, of $75.00, $50.00 and $25.00 respectively (MSRP Value plus Shipping) each month, the contents of each pack which is totally at the discretion of SFVU but which are guaranteed to be of the value at MSRP plus shipping costs as shown for each reward category. In addition, when applicable, SFVU will award the individual SFVU retained pro staff member who referred the winning individual to the SFVU site a $10.00 MSRP Gift Certificate as well. This give-away is open to anyone 18 years of age or older to enter and no purchase is necessary to be eligible to win. Void where prohibited. Drawings for the month will be conducted by no later than the 10th of the following month by a neutral independent team of witnesses. Participants are welcome to observe but winners need not be present. No employee, field staff member, “Your Own Fishing Biz” network partner or pro staffer of The SFVU Business Group are eligible to enter. Only one entry per individual per month will be allowed and once an individual has won a prize pack, they are no longer eligible to enter or win any future SFVU give-away’s. All contact information given via the entry form will be secured only for the purpose of awarding prize packs, unless individual specifically answers YES to a question where they would like further information regarding a specific program. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE will SFVU ever sell an individual’s entry information to a third party. However, all individuals entering the SFVU give-away grant permission for any names, city and state locations, quotes, pictures or videos bearing their likeness to be used by The SFVU Business Group, without any compensation due to them, from SFVU. By act of participating in this give-away, individual certifies that they have read the rules completely, that the contact information provided is fully correct and if it is not, no prizes will be awarded, and that the participating individual hereby agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless The SFVU Business Group, it’s ownership, officers, sponsors or anyone working within the capacity of this give-away, from any damages or legal action, with regards to their participation in this give-away, whether arising from negligence of said releases or otherwise. It is further stated that interpretation of these rules are left exclusively to SFVU and may be modified as SFVU needs with no timeline for continuance of the give-away program guaranteed.
